The Challenge

During an intense period of new client onboarding and departmental changes Search Laboratory required an interim Senior Manager to join the team to help improve process, increase efficiency and bring strategic level thinking to the content and Online PR team.  

The fix

Ginny took the post of Interim Head of Content during which time she worked with senior members of the team across strategy development, resource planning and team management.  The post also included providing consultancy on new business pitch ideas and over-arching team management meaning the existing senior managers could focus on the recruitment process for the new full-time Head of Content.
